Return of product (not applicable to warranty returns which are subject to our standard warranty terms and conditions) will solely be accepted at the Company’s discretion and within a maximum period of 10 days from order processed confirmation date. Buyer will be responsible for any additional courier / delivery charges back to the seller.

The original invoice document must be produced, and any accepted returns will be subject to a 10% handling fee. Refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) working days of approval and refunds can only be made to the same party as per the original invoice.
