Because batteries are classified as “hazardous goods,” we partner with specialised couriers who are licensed to transport these products safely. This ensures your order is delivered securely, with no damage to the items purchased.

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm will be processed the same business day.

• Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders placed on a Friday may only be collected by the courier on Monday, depending on courier schedules.

This processing timeline is standard across all our courier partners.
