Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer delivery services to anywhere in South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated per order based on the weight of the items and the distance required to travel from any of our distribution centres nationwide.

Because batteries are classified as “hazardous goods,” we partner with specialised couriers who are licensed to transport these products safely. This ensures your order is delivered securely, with no damage to the items purchased.

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm will be processed the same business day.

• Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders placed on a Friday may only be collected by the courier on Monday, depending on courier schedules.

This processing timeline is standard across all our courier partners.

Courier Collection & Delivery Timeframes

Once collected from our store or distribution centre, the delivery timeframe depends on the courier service and distance to the destination. Estimated delivery windows:

• Major cities: 1–3 business days

• Outlying areas: 2–5 business days

• Remote areas: up to 7 business days

Please note that courier delays may occur due to weather, route backlogs, or peak season volumes. While these delays are outside our control, we always do our best to assist with tracking and updates.
